Past Perfect Tense and Future Perfect Tense. Прошедшее и будущее совершенное время.
Past Perfect Tense образуется при помощи had + past participle (seen, gone, opened, written, looked, и т.д.).
Мы используем Past Perfect для того, чтобы показать:
1. что действие было завершено до определенного момента в прошлом:
- I had written a letter by two o'clock.
2. что одно действие было завершено перед другим действием в прошлом:
- She had already left when I came.
- I didn't know what I should write. I had never written letters before.
Past Perfect- это прошедшее время от Present Perfect.
Cравните:
Present Past
I’m not hungry. I’ve just had lunch. I wasn’t hungry. I’d just had lunch.
The house is dirty. We haven’t cleaned The house was dirty. We hadn’t cleaned
it for weeks. it for weeks.
Сравните Past Perfect и Past Simple:
-Was Mary ready to go to the cinema when you came to her?
- Yes, she had been ready by the moment.
- Jack wasn't in when I phoned him. He was in his office.
- Jack had just got home when I phoned him. He had been in his office.
Future Perfect Tense употребляется для выражения действия, которое завершится к определенному моменту в будущем. Этот момент может быть выражен:
а) обстоятельством с предлогом by - к (by 6 o’clock, by the beginning of the week, etс.)
- They will have tested this apparatus by the end of the month. - Они проведут испытания этого аппарата к концу месяца.
б) другим действием, относящимся к будущему, с глаголом в Present Perfect или в Present Indefinite Tense.
- We shall have finished the experiment before you come. - Мы закончим эксперимент до Вашего приезда (до того, как вы приедете).
Утвердительная Вопросительная Отрицательная
форма форма форма
I shall have asked Shall I have asked? I shall not have asked
He will have asked Will he have asked? He will not have asked
The Perfect Tense (passive voice). Настоящее совершенное время (пассивный залог).
Образуется при помощи вспомогательного глагола to have в соответствующем времени, лице и числе, 3 формы глагола to be и причастия прошедшего времени (Past Participle) смыслового глагола.
Have (has) + been + PII
- The book has been already chosen. Книгу уже выбрали.
- The tickets hadn’t been booked by the end of the week. Билеты еще не купили.
Lesson VI. Participle.
- Не was sitting by the window reading a book. - Он сидел у окна, читая книгу.
В английском языке причастия делятся по своей форме на Причастие I (Participle I) и Причастие II (Participle II). По содержащимся в нем грамматическим признакам Причастие I можно определить еще как: причастие настоящего времени (Present) / причастие действительного залога (Active) / причастие несовершенного вида (т.е. обозначает незаконченное / продолжающееся действие).
Причастие II по содержащимся в нем грамматическим признакам можно определить еще как: причастие прошедшего времени (Past); причастие страдательного залога (Passive); причастие совершенного вида (т.е. обозначает законченное действие).
Причастие I образуется прибавлением к форме Infinitive –ing.
Причастия II делятся по своей форме еще на две группы:
а) формы, образованные от правильных глаголов, когда к форме Infinitive прибавляется в конце -ed;
б) формы, образованные от неправильных глаголов (в словаре — 3-я форма).
Причастия II используются в предложении самостоятельно только в одной форме, т.е. в виде одного слова. Во всех других случаях они лишь входят в состав сложных форм Причастия I, обозначая в них смысловую часть.
Причастие I используется в предложении в нескольких различных формах, соответствующих по своему значению формулам сказуемого:
|
Indefinite |
Perfect |
|
Active |
V+ ing |
having V |
V+ed (3) |
Passive1 |
being V |
having being V |
V+ed (3) |
В каждой форме Причастия I заложены залог и характер действия. Отсутствует признак времени, который определяется в предложении следующим образом: формы Indefinite (Active / Passive) обозначают действие, одновременное с действием, обозначенным сказуемым; формы Perfect (Active / Passive) - действие, предшествовавшее действию, обозначенному сказуемым:
- Waiting for her answer they didn't say a word. - Ожидая ее ответа, они не произнесли ни слова.
- Being left alone, they didn't know what to do. - Оставшись одни, они не знали, что делать.
- Having written the letter, he called us. - Написав письмо, он позвонил нам.
Причастия в форме Active Indefinite могут также обозначать действие, совпадающее с моментом речи, независимо от того, в каком времени стоит сказуемое:
- The woman waiting in the car called you the day before yesterday. - Женщина, ждущая (сейчас) в машине, звонила вам позавчера.
Причастия I / II, описывающие предметы и отвечающие на вопрос какой?, всегда состоят из одного слова. При этом они могут занимать место как перед описываемым словом — а), так и после него — б).
а) Причастие I в этом случае переводится на русский язык причастием настоящего времени и показывает, что описываемый предмет сам выполняет действие:
walking boy - гуляющий мальчик
Причастие II в этом случае переводится на русский язык причастием прошедшего времени и показывает, что действие выполнялось над описываемым предметом: a written letter - написанное письмо;
б) Причастия I / II в этом случае могут переводиться на русский язык как причастиями с разными значениями, так и придаточными предложениями:
- The man sitting at the table is a very good doctor. - Человек, сидящий за столом, очень хороший врач. = Человек, который сидит за столом, очень хороший врач.
- I don't know the girl waiting for you. - Я не знаю девушку, ожидающую тебя. = Я не знаю девушку, которая ждет тебя.
Перед Причастиями I / II, форма которых состоит из одного слова, и которые обозначают сопутствующее действие, могут стоять союзы when / while / if / unless / though в своем прямом значении. Подобные случаи переводятся на русский язык по-разному:
- While reading books you must be attentive. -
- Не saw his father smoking. - Он видел, как его отец курил. Сравните с инфинитивным оборотом:
- Не saw his father smoke. - Он видел, что его отец курит.
Объектный причастный оборот используется в предложении после глаголов:
to hear - слышать / to feel - чувствовать / to see - видеть / to watch - наблюдать, смотреть / to notice - заметить / to find - обнаружить / to consider - считать, полагать/ to like - нравиться / to dislike - не нравиться и др.
После глаголов to have и to get в значении иметь используются только формы Причастия II и обозначают действие, выполненное не самим подлежащим, но для него / по его заказу кем-то другим:
- I have my car repaired. - Я отремонтировал машину, (не сам)
- I have repaired my car. - Я отремонтировал машину, (сам)
- I can't get my watch repaired. - Я никак не могу отремонтировать часы. (их нигде не берут в ремонт)
- I can't repair my watch. - Я не могу (не умею) отремонтировать свои часы.
