Have modern means of communication really improved our life? Why?
Now it’s hard to imagine our life without the Internet and mobile phones. They give us wonderful possibilities to get connected with friend and family at a long distance, get new information wherever we are and keep control. But each medal has it’s reverse. We feel naked and lost control in case we forget our phones at home. These means of communication made our life easier but at the same time they made us addicted to them. As a result we spend more time talking over mobile phones and surfing the Internet that drinking coffee with friends, having picnic with families or just walking in a park.
Do you use many gadgets and devices at home? Why (not)?
Yes, of course. I use many gadgets and devices at home. Nowadays we live surrounded by machines and other inventions. And with new inventions we become happier because nearly everything is making by machine not by ourselves. And I think that every person uses many gadgets and devices at home.
My family uses a washing machine to wash dirty clothes, a vacuum cleaner to tidy our flat, a refrigerator to keep food fresh, a microwave to warm our dishes, a TV, a computer, the Internet and of course phones.
In my view all these gadgets have become an integral part of our live. And our live is becoming much easier and more comfortable due to having advanced technologies at home.

I agree both with children and with parents. Nowadays we can’t live without the Internet. I think that the Internet gives us wonderful possibility to do something. You can find new things and information. You can communicate with clever people all over the world. But you can also do many unneeded things, for example watch stupid videos and pictures and it can influence our thinking skills negatively.

What should you do to be healthy?
Leading a healthy lifestyle is very important nowadays. We lead a sedentary way of life, eat junk food and drink Cola. If we don't care about ourselves we become unhealthy. I personally think that it's very important to eat healthy food. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, drink juice and pure water. The lack of water can cause serious problems for our body. So we should drink plenty of it.
We are what we eat, that's why I always think about if the food I am going to eat gives me health. Getting enough exercise is also very important. This will not only make us feel and look better, but helps to get through the day. Positive emotions are healthy, they prolong life and make living pleasant. That's why I find time for my hobby. I laugh and smile a lot. Laughing keeps me healthier. I sleep 8-10 hours a day. I think I do a lot to be healthy, but I could do more.
