3. Arrangements

Planning for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations at all levels is the development of a number of operational, mobilization and administrative and organizational documents.

The main planning document in the administration of emergency in peacetime is an "Action Plan for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations." The plan, developed at the facility, defines the objectives and timing of measures to protect facility personnel in emergency situations of managerial staff and emergency services. The basis of the plan is the solution location manager for the organization and conduct of important events.

The plan includes two chapters and appendices. The first section should be reflected description of the facility and assess possible situation on its territory.

The second section should provide the following measures:

measures under the threat of predictable emergencies (high alert mode);

Medical PPE designed to provide first aid and self-help in case of emergency and to prevent injuries and illnesses. These include radio-protective products, antidotes, antibacterial preparations, partial sensitization. They are designed to prevent disease and provide first aid to the population.
