You are going to hear a car owner phoning the garage to find out the condition of her car.

2.1. Listen to the conversation and fill in the information about the car on the grid.

2.1.1. Listen about the parts of the car which are faulty and put a tick on the grid in the “Needs attention” column. If the part is not mentioned then it is all right and you should put a tick in the “O.K.” column.

2.1.2. Listen for the details given about the fault. Record the information on the grid under “Notes”.

2.1.3. Listen for how much the repairs will cost and tick the correct amount.
