Allergies, poisoning, and intolerance represent complex interactions between envi-
ronmental exposures and the human immune system, often leading to signicant
clinical and public health challenges. Understanding these interactions at both the
basic and clinical levels is essential for developing effective diagnostic tools, pre-
ventive strategies, and therapeutic interventions.
This book, Basic and Clinical Aspects of Allergies, Poisoning, and Intolerance,
provides a comprehensive and multidisciplinary exploration of these conditions,
offering valuable insights into their mechanisms, manifestations, and management.
The content is designed to bridge the gap between fundamental research and clinical
practice, facilitating a deeper understanding of how various biological agents,
chemicals, and foods impact human health.
