ниями, то с каждым разом они будут всё лучше и лучше его
понимать. Соответственно, это уже будет не тестирование,
а обучение. С целью контроля тестовые задания должны быть
новые к каждому тексту. Позднее, на более высоких ступенях
обучения, это уже не будет иметь столь важного значения, т. к.
тексты будут увеличиваться и усложняться.
Составлять задания для контроля умений в чтении трудно, т. к.
читающий ничего не продуцирует. Однако он должен не только прочитать текст, но и понять его. Следовательно, предлагаемые задания
должны быть составлены так, чтобы проверить, правильно ли понят
прочитанный текст. В спецификации теста по чтению стоит указать
тип текста, тему, определить лексико-грамматическое наполнение,
определить умения в чтении, которые необходимо проверить. Типы
заданий, которые обычно предлагают для проверки умений в чтении,
можно назвать следующие:
— задания на множественный выбор (multiple choice);
— задания альтернативного выбора (Yes/no, true/false). Стоит
отметить, что на начальной ступени обучения не предлагают
вариант ответа “Not stated”. Такой ответ требует более широкого читательского опыта и возможности использовать больше
языковых средств;
— краткий ответ, который подразумевает 1–2 слова. Если при
тестировании чтения требуется написать более длинный ответ, то учащиеся могут допустить дополнительные ошибки
в письме, что приведет к трудностям в оценивании. Важно
помнить, что при контроле умений в чтении мы тестируем
только чтение, а не другие навыки и умения, следовательно,
и оценивать должны то, как учащиеся справляются с чтением,
а не письмом;
— задания на установление последовательности (Put in order).
Заполнение пропусков.
Приведём примеры различных тестовых заданий.

I’m Ron. There’s a big farm text to my house. In front of my house
there is big tree. The farm is behind the tree. There are lots of animals

there. My friend and I love animals. He likes goats, but my favorite animal is a sheep. It’s white and it’s got four legs. There are three brown
goats and eight black cows. There are lots of hens and ducks, but here
aren’t any donkeys or horses. Today is cold and rainy. The cows and sheep
are under the trees. I’m not in the farm or under the tree. I’m at home.

В ответах для выбора не должны повторяться предложения
точно в таком виде, как они встречаются в тексте. Их нужно слегка изменить. Ответы должны пересекаться с тем, что сказано в тексте, тем самым отвлекая от правильного ответа. Чтобы выбрать
правильный ответ, учащиеся должны внимательно прочитать и понять текст.

Read and write Yes or No
There are blind children. They can’t see but they can all read, write,
use a computer and play.
Blind people use Braille to read. Braille letters are small bumps. They
feel the bumps with their fi ngers. The computers read information for
blind children. They talk to the computer and it writes the words.
It is diffi cult to walk to school. Some children have got a dog. The
dog is their eyes and ears. It listens to every sound in the street.
Blind people can play goalball. The ball goes beep, beep, beep. The
child can hear it and knows where it is. Blind people can also play blind
football. The ball has got a bell inside it so you can hear it.

The old donkey
Once upon a time there was a farmer who had a donkey. One day, the
farmer’s wife said angrily, “That donkey is very old. It can’t work!” The
donkey listened sadly. That night the donkey opened the gate and went
slowly down the road. It saw three strange men in the farmer’s house.
“Who are they?” thought the donkey.

Further down the road, the donkey saw an old cat. “I’m looking for
a new home. Come with me,” said the donkey kindly. The cat and the
donkey went slowly down the road.
Then they saw an old dog. “We’re looking for a new home. Come with
us,” said the donkey and the cat kindly. They all went slowly down the road.
Then they saw an old chicken. “We are looking for a new home. Come
with us,” said the animals kindly. They all went slowly down the road.
The animals saw a house with a light on inside. They looked in the window and saw the three strange men. “Look,” said the donkey angrily. “They
took the farmer’s clock, his watch and his radio!” The animals made a plan.
When the men went to bed, the donkey stood near the house. The dog
stood on the donkey, the cat stood on the dog and the chicken stood on the
cat. Then, they made a lot of noise. HEE HOW! WOOL! WOOL! WOOL!
MEOW! MEOW! CLUCK! CLUCK!
What a terrible noise!
The three men jumped out of bed and ran quickly out of the house.
The animals picked up the farmer’s things and went back to the farm.
The farmer said happily, “It’s my donkey, my clock, my watch and
my radio!” He made a home for the animals on his farm. The animals
were very happy.
The animals made a lot of noise. ______

How apples grow
In spring there are small white fl owers on the apple trees. There is
pollen inside the fl owers. The fl owers need pollen to make apples. Bees
and other insects take pollen from one fl ower to another fl ower.

Then some fl owers grow into very small apples. The small apples are
green. But the sun and the rain help them to grow. Soon they are big and
red or yellow.
There are seeds inside the apples. When it’s windy, some apples fall
on the ground. The seeds grow in the ground.
Then the sun and the rain help the seeds to grow into small plants.
Then they grow into big trees. Then there are fl owers on the trees. And
it starts again.

Задание 1. Рассмотрите приведённые выше примеры тестовых заданий по чтению. Определите, на проверку каких видов чтения
направлено каждое из них. Какие умения в чтении проверяются?
Задание 2. Проанализируйте составленные задания к указанным
выше текстам. Определите, с помощью чего достигается эффективность заданий.
Задание 3. Сделайте спецификацию и составьте тестовые задания
для проверки умений в разных видах чтения к конкретному УМК
для начальной школы.
