RE: Fire notices for inspection next week
__________________________________________
As you know, we’ve got the all-important inspection coming up next week and we still haven’t got any proper fire notices up!
Can you put something official-looking together on the computer – don’t forget to laminate the notices! Make sure you include the following:
if you see/smell a fire, set off the nearest alarm
try and put the fire out if you can but don’t get burnt/trapped
go to the meeting place (behind the library)
wait for you name to be called out
62
if you hear the alarm, get out straight away – don’t try and pickup any books, coats, etc
go to the meeting place but don’t lose control or
run
don’t go back into the building until the senior fire officer (that’s you by the way!) says it’s OK

3. Advertisement

4. E-mail message
го» (from), «отправлено» (sent), «кому» (to), «тема» (subject), а

Subject: Help community make cultural development a priority

Dear friends,
With the Organization becoming a larger family, and new Council members coming into power, the cultural strategy is being reconsidered. Either it can fade, or if public interest pushes them, the Organization could become a truly significant driver for cultural development.
Whether or not you are a member, the Organization seeks your opinions. Themore feedback they get, the more seriously they will take cultural development. The questionnaire for voicing your opinion is at the site http//2h.org.
Other languages are available too.
Please fill at least the short version of the questionnaire. Make your opinion count and invite others to participate.
Warmest regards, Nethekin Gales
