1) To sum up, there are several measures which could be taken to solve environmental problems of my city. If the Mayor and the city-dwellers joined their efforts, my home town would become a nice place to live in.
2) All in all, I think it would be quite possible to reduce pollution in my home town, were it not for the lackadaisical attitudes of those who have the power to do something about it. Until they become aware, it seems likely that the problem will simply get worse.
