Reading Tasks

The discussion possibilities are endless.

  1. The teacher can put the most disputable questions and organize a discussion.

  2. Learners can be given the task to make up questionnaires (lists of questions) and then a discussion can be conducted.

  3. Learners are asked to work in small teams, each team making up a list of most disputable questions on the text answers to which are discussed.

  4. Each small group writes down a list of main ideas of the text and if there is any difference of opinion a discussion is conducted.
