Indications Obesity in absence of diseases of digestive organs, lever, cardiovascular system, which required special nutrition regimen.
Prescription aim. To influence on metabolism for prevention or reducing excessive fat accumulation.
General characteristic. Restriction of meal calorie level, mainly carbohydrates and partially fats, protein amount is higher than physiological norm. Vegetables and fruits amount intake is unlimited. Salt intake is restricted, flavoring relishes and nitric extractive substances that increase appetite are excluded. Amount of free fluid intake is moderately restricted (to 1000-1200 ml).
Calorie level and content. Proteins - 100-120 g, fats - 60-70 g, carbohydrates - 180-200 g, calorie level -1800-1850 kcal. increased amount of vitamin C, other vitamins - in physiological norm ranges.
Nutrition regimen. Frequent low calorie level meal intake with sufficient volume to decrease hungry.

Prescription aim. To create condition for maintaining of positive carbohydrates balance, to prevent alteration of fats metabolism.
General characteristic. Diet with exceed physiological norm proteins content, moderate restriction of fats and carbohydrates. Ease comprehensive carbohydrates are excluded. Substances with lipotropic actions are included in diet. Meal contain large amount of vegetables. Salt and cholesterol contained products are restricted. Diet with close to physiological ration of proteins (15% of calorie level), fats (25%), and carbohydrates (60%) is widely used.
