Pilots may consult complete meteorological flight files, including:

An access code is delivered freely to anyone proving an aeronautical activity:

Aerofax is a 24 hours a day free fax polling service available to pilots who have a fax machine with a “polling” function and a key pad. The pilot is only charged for the fax itself.
Pilots can choose from the following documents: TEMSI EUROC, the wind/temperature charts from FL50 to FL100, the TEMSI FRANCE, low altitude charts over France at FL20, FL50 and FL100, and METAR and SPECI over France as well as certain European countries and North Africa. Also available is long TAF and SIGMET for France and some European and North African countries.

Weatherdial fax is a fax polling service within Ireland available to pilots who have a fax machine with a key pad or tone-dialing handset. Dial the number and follow the voice prompt to enter the code of the product required.

This service is available only from tone-type telephones with the “*” and “#” buttons. Choice of forecast area is made by use of the telephone buttons. Dial the desired number and follow the instructions. TELETEKST
Low level weather bulletins with METARs of various reporting stations in The Netherlands in the Dutch language are available via the Dutch public TV “Teletekst”, page 707.
The bulletins contain a concise description of the most important weather systems affecting flight as well as the following elements:
–significant weather, including icing and turbulence;
–clouds;
–thermals;
–height of the zero degree Celsius level if lower than 10000ft;
–surface wind;
–upper winds and temperatures at 500, 1500, 3000, 5000 and 10000ft.
