OUTPUT DRIVE CURRENTS
Figure 25 through Figure 32 show typical I–V characteristics for the output drivers of the ADSP-TS201S processor. The curves in these diagrams represent the current drive capability of the output drivers as a function of output voltage over the range of drive strengths. Typical drive currents for intermediate temperatures (such as 85°C) should be obtained from the curves using linear interpolation. For complete output driver characteristics, refer to the DSP’s IBIS models, available on the Analog Devices website (www.analog.com).
