About the Author
Blair Lewis, PA, is a licensed physician assistant, specializing in the use of homeopathy, Ayurveda, nutrition, and the yogic sciences to prevent and resolve chronic ailments.
Blair is the author of Happiness: The Real Medicine and How It Works and a co-author of Homeopathic Remedies for Health Professionals and Laypeople. He has also written several e-books, along with a host of articles and interviews on holistic health. In 1985, he co-founded the Blue Sky Educational Foundation, a nonprofit organization teaching the leading innovations of massage and holistic health.
For over 20 years Blair has been actively teaching and consulting with patients and audiences world-wide. Today, Blair continues his study of yoga science, tantra and ayurveda under the guidance of Pandit Tigunait and the tradition of the Himalayan Institute.
Blair is the creator and spiritual director of the Alive and Healthy Institute. Since 2002, the Alive and Healthy Institute has sought to improve the lives of all people worldwide by building a bridge between science and spirituality. The Foundation’s main outreach to the global community is accomplished through lectures and seminars, humanitarian outreach projects, the distribution of free e-zines (newsletters) and free e-books on science and spirituality. An enthusiastic teacher and author, Blair o ers seminars and retreats on Ayurvedic rejuvenation and yoga science. He attended both the National Center for Homeopathy (1983) and the International Foundation for Homeopathy (1985). A graduate of Indiana University and the Physician Assistant Program at Lake Erie College and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, he has also studied in Europe, Greece, and India.
