Введение
Данное учебно-методическое пособие предназначено для студентов первого и второго курсов, обучающихся по специальностям / направлениям «Реклама» и «Политология».
Цель пособия – активизировать языковые и речевые навыки обучаемых, расширить словарный запас, подготовить их к чтению и обсуждению оригинальных англоязычных материалов, научить обсуждать на английском языке и принимать участие в дискуссиях по предложенным темам.
Предлагаемые тексты представляют собой специальным образом обработанные материалы, имеющие образовательный характер. Они знакомят студентов с основными технологиями, средствами и методами проведения рекламных кампаний, медиапланирования, а также структурой и деятельностью рекламных агентств. Данные тексты обеспечивают не только ориентированную языковую подготовку обучаемых в сфере профессиональной коммуникации, но и вводят их в основную проблематику сферы рекламной деятельности.
При отборе текстов учитывается не только их профессиональная направленность, но и другие параметры: доступность по содержанию, наличие изучаемых лексико-грамматических единиц, а также коммуникативный подход к обучению и творческая работа студентов, что составляет основную методологическую базу учебно-методического пособия.
Последовательность и полнота выполнения заданий может быть такой, как она предложена в пособии, а может быть изменена по усмотрению преподавателя в соответствии с его методическими установками или конкретными условиями обучения в той или иной студенческой группе.
Кроме названной студенческой аудитории данное пособие может быть использовано широким кругом людей, изучающих английский язык.
