You know that Chick and Clara like to run, Peanut likes
to climb and Misha likes to ride a bicycle. Sonya, Olivia and
Shy are weak on these kinds of sport. They like outdoor
games, but they don’t like running, climbing or riding a
bicycle. Olivia oers to make a sack-race competition.

Toy friends are ready to
compete. Olivia is a referee.
She brings sacks and marks
starting point on the oor.
Toy friends put sacks on
their legs at the starting
point.
Ready! Steady! Go! —
shouts Olivia.
Sonya, Misha and Clara
have got long legs, so they
move rather fast.

Chick, Peanut
and Shy move slow-
er. It’s hard to move
with a sack on your
short legs! Shy fails,
he can’t run any
more.
— Come on!
You can do it! — says
Olivia to Shy.
Clara gets the
rst prize at this
competition.
Shy wants to be
a referee in three-
legged race com-
petition. Other toys
split in pairs. Sonya is Misha’s partner, Chick is Peanut’s
partner and Clara is Olivia’s partner. They tie their legs with
the partner and try to run. It’s not easy!
Chick and Peanut get ahead because each of them has
four legs. They can run faster than Sonya and Misha or Olivia
with Clara.
Chick and Peanut come to the nish rst.

Olivia and Clara come second. Sonya and Misha come
last.
Well done! — says Shy to everybody. He doesn’t want to
upset anybody.
— It’s time to name the winner. Chick and Peanut are
the winners!
It’s a great fun to compete with friends!

your seat-belts, please!

Her friends are happy to play the new game. Olivia
dreams to be a popstar. She takes a microphone and says:
— I’m glad to welcome you at my concert! — she dances
and sings like a popular singer.
Peanut and Misha begin to make a railway for the toy
train. The toy train is not big. It is yellow and blue and it can
horn loudly.
Shy wants to build a railway station. He puts bricks in a
toy lorry and drives them to the railway. He says to Peanut
and Misha:
— I’m a builder! My railway station is ready. Where are
the passengers?
