and a way of being for a given social community. It is in fact the language through which we learn to read the world and our way of living together.

The very essence of culture is diversity and infinite change: the world’s

many different cultures are distinct and unique, but always evolve over time and

only really flourish when they come into contact with others. The world’s cultural

diversity, its rich differences in visions, values, beliefs, practices and expressions, is our common heritage and a source of exchange, innovation and creativity which is as essential for mankind as biodiversity is for nature. Cultural diversity, if it is to become a source of creativity and social cohesion, must be based on acceptance, dialogue and a vision of cultural pluralism. It is only through the active construction of conditions conducive to exchange that our differences and commonalities can help us find the ground for living together.

Our cultural and natural heritage is our legacy from the past, what we live with today, and what we pass on to future generations.

Developing the proper environment for arts and creativity and allowing it to flower in a spirit of freedom and intercultural dialogue is one of the best ways of maintaining cultural vitality.

Generally, by culture we mean the values, traditions, norms, customs, arts, history, folklore, and other institutions shared by a group of people.

The Oxford Advancer Learner's Dictionary of Current English by Hornby gives us the following definition of "art". "Art" is the creation or expression of what is beautiful, especially in visual form. Drawing, painting, sculpture, architecture, literature, music, ballet belong to the fine art".

Really when something is extremely beautiful or has great cultural value, we say: "It's art". Art has always been occupation for the few, but has been admired by many. Art reflects feelings and emotions, brings delight and admiration, and makes life pure as it wakens our best hidden qualities. Speaking about arts, we connect this notion with culture. According to the dictionary culture of a community or nation includes all the arts, beliefs and social institutions characteristic of a community or nation. We can speak about either material, or spiritual culture. Art

is both.

The arts help youngsters understand the importance of asking “why?” and

help them develop permanent habits of questioning. Arts based experiences and skills development enable learners to widen the context for considering and ranking choice alternatives or policy options or as one contributor said, for understanding that “everything matters”.

Arts stimulate the development of a capacity in young people for the integration of diverse facts from diverse sources. One participant called it “horizontal connections skills”.

Arts are the best way to teach youngsters how to learn: to become selfinstructors, to master their own learning.

Now we are young people and we are the future of our country. Teen-ages play an important role in the modern society. Grown up's must remember that we are the future of our country and in present moment our character is formed.

When we have time for leisure, we usually need something that can amuse and interest us. There are several ways to do this. People use radio or television. Other people like music. They listen to various concerts of modern and old music, new and old songs, and see dances. Nowadays people work all day long and rarely have spare time to rest and to do something they like. But if they have it they try to waste it in the way they prefer.
