Abstract

The graduation project consists of 122 pages of a concept note, 52 tables, 32 figures, 55 literary sources, 1 application, 9 sheets of graphic material.

The purpose of the graduation project is the modernization of the FWP workshop of JSC “Borisov DOK” with the expansion of the range of products.

To achieve this goal, studies have been conducted on the possibility of using carbon fiber in the composition of solid biofuels and evaluating their physical and mechanical properties. And new pieces of equipment have also been proposed for installation, namely an additional grinder and a bin dispenser.

The material balance of production per 1 ton of pellets is calculated. The main and auxiliary equipment has been selected.

The impact of harmful factors (substances) of production on the environment has been assessed. Occupational safety and health measures have been developed.

The main technical and economic indicators have been calculated, which confirmed the effectiveness of the decisions taken to modernize the FWP workshop at JSC “Borisov DOK”.
