ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННЫЙ ПЕРИОД

Для обеспечения компрессии на участках липосакции на пациента надевается компрессионное белье [2]. Следует проводить стандартную послеоперационную профилактику тромбоза глубоких вен, в зависимости от показателя Каприни, и рекомендуется ранняя активизация пациента [46]. Хотя в литературе нет единого мнения, рекомендуется избегать давления на реципиентном участке как минимум в течение 2 недель после операции [17,20]. Пациенты могут вернуться к нормальной деятельности в течение 1 недели после операции.

ВЫВОДЫ

Липофилинг ягодичной области становится все более востребованным и должен выполняться высококвалифицированными пластическими хирургами из-за высокой опасности процедуры. Правильный выбор пациента, правильное оснащение, позиционирование пациента, правильная техника, то есть постоянное движение и постоянный контроль положения канюли, а также знание анатомии и избежание чрезмерно высокого давления в реципиентной зоне имеют решающее значение в обеспечении безопасности этой операции. Надлежащее управление вышеуказанными принципами должно позволить снизить смертность от этой процедуры, что позволило бы безопасно продолжать ее предлагать в условиях все более высокого спроса.
