Too and Enough
Too + adjective/adverb to do a thing for a thing
She is too young to get married.
(not) + adjective/adverb + enough to do a thing for a thing
She is (not) old enough for the job.
Uses
Too: We use too to mean more than is good.
If you only want to make the adjective or adverb stronger, use very. e.g. The course was too long.
He speaks very clearly (not too clearly).
(not) … enough: We use (not) … enough to say that something is satisfactory or
unsatisfactory in some way.
e.g. The machine does not work fast enough. The room is big enough for 40 people.
