Научные результаты исследования:

-уточнена сущность технологий дистанционного обучения;

-разработана структурно - содержательная модель формирования познавательной деятельности студентов на основе технологий дистанционного обучения;

- разработана методика формирования познавательной деятельности студентов на основе технологий дистанционного обучения в высших учебных заведениях;

-разработаны электронное учебное пособие и элективный курс «Технология дистанционного обучения в процессе профессиональной подготовки студентов».

Перспективы исследования: в дальнейшем требует исследования проблема совершенствования исследовательско - познавательной деятельности студентов, а также их творческих способностей на основе технологий дистанционного обучения.

The actuality of the research. Nowadays the peculiarities of development of the society are characterized by intensive changes of surrounding world. The education space in Republic of Kazakhstan is considered as informative, in this connection the modern claim increases laying to professional competence and abilities of using informative technologies by specialists.

The one of the main objectives before universities is the preparation of high qualified, competent and creatively developed specialists. It has the main importance of development of professional competence of the students and formation of the cognitive activities of the students on the basis of informative-communicative technologies with the aim of solving these problems.

In Conception of development of Kazakhstan Republic till 2030 is noted, that it is necessary to organize and introduce the virtual education and new technologies of education with the aim of increasing quality on regional level. This approach proposes to proceed to new educational paradigms on the basis of technologies of distance training.

In the Law of Kazakhstan Republic «About education» is noted that one of the main approach in development of education sphere is the information of education and going out to international communication line. At the same time, this tendency is one of the main aspects has been considered in Conception of education development of Republic of Kazakhstan till 2010.

In connection with it the necessity of formation of cognitive activities of students increase on the basis of technologies of distance training. Unfounded formation of cognitive activities of the students from the theoretical point of view, ineffective organization from the methodical point of view of distance training of the students at the universities and development of abilities of the students bring to contradiction.

From here there arises the problem of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training.

The aim of the research – to substantiate from the theoretical point of view and treat its content and method of formation of cognitive activities of students on the basis of technologies of distance training.

The scientific hypothesis of the research: if, to define the scientific-theoretical basis of formation of cognitive activities of the students, to construct its model defining criteria, rates, levels of formulation, also to treat the method of formation of cognitive activities of students on the basis of technologies of distance training, introduce it to the educational process, then the effectiveness of cognitive activities of students at the universities and level of their cognitive activities increases, also their professional preparation forms.

The object of the research - the distance technology at the universities.

The subject of the research- the process of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training.

The objectives of the research:

1.To define the theoretical basis of formation of cognitive activities of the students.

2. To reveal the possibilities of technologies of distance training in formation of cognitive activities of the students.

3. To treat the model of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training.

4. To treat the content of method of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training, approbate its effectiveness in experienced-experimental work, give the methodical recommendation.

The theoretical significance and scientific novelty of the research:

- defined the theoretical basis of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training at the universities;

- revealed the possibilities of technologies of distance training in formation of cognitive activities of the students;

- treated the structural-sapid model of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training, have been defined criteria and rates; have been characterized levels of formation;

- treated the method of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training at the universities.

The practical significance of the research:

-have been treated the program of elective course «The technology of distance training in the process of professional preparation of the students» for formation of cognitive activities on the basis of technologies of distance training;

- have been introduced the educational-methodical complex into the practice of the universities on the theme of the research;

-the theoretical statements and conclusions taken in research, also the proposed elective course can be used in the process of preparation of specialists at the universities and at the institutes of increasing qualification of specialists.

The statements carried out for defence:

1.The cognitive activities of the students is one of the type of educational activities, oriented to the activization of their cognitive interest and necessities. In the process of formation of cognitive activities of students their mind opens, the professional culture develops at the same time with the process of development of active thinking activities and creative thought of students.

2.The determination of essence of technologies of distance training and selection of content prove the high level of their possibilities in formation of cognitive activities of the students.

3. The model of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training is expressed by the unity of motivational-volitional, sapid, energetic-practical and control-estimative components and characterized by criteria and rates.

4. The method of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training orients students to creative usage of knowledge, abilities and habits in practical activities.

The scientific results of the research

- have made defined the essence of technologies of distance training;

-have been treated the structural-sapid model of formation of cognitive activities of students on the basis of technologies of distance training;

- have been treated the method of formation of cognitive activities of the students on the basis of technologies of distance training at the universities;

- have been treated the electronic textbook and elective course.

The perspectives of the research:

In the future, the research problem of improvement of investigative – cognitive activities of students demands, also their creative abilities on the basis of technologies of distance training.
