Тема: Seasons

Тип уроку: узагальнення і систематизація вивченого лексико-граматичного матеріалу по темі.

Мета уроку: закріпити і перевірити знання учнів з даної теми.

Завдання уроку:

Практичні: активізувати вживання лексики по темі «Seasons»; закріпити вживання в мові дієслова «to be» в простому минулому часі, безособових пропозицій типу «It is cold today»/ «It was cold yesterday» і обороту «there is / there are»; продовжити формування навичок говоріння, аудіювання, письма.

Загальноосвітні: вчити застосовувати знання, отримані на інших навчальних предметах, розширювати кругозір. учнів, пізнавальну активність.

Розвиваючі: розвивати мовні вміння учнів, мовну здогад, увагу, пам'ять, спостережливість, вміння робити висновок, вміння працювати самостійно, розвивати творчі здібності учнів, вміння працювати з комп'ютером та інтерактивною дошкою.

Виховні: виховувати культуру роботи в парах, групах по досягненню спільної мети; вміння слухати і чути однокласників; підвищувати мотивацію вивчення англійської мови.

Форми організації пізнавальної діяльності: фронтальна, групова, парна, Індивідуальна.

Хід уроку:

I. Організаційний момент

1 T: Hello, boys and girls! I'm glad to see you!

2 Визначення настрою учнів - T: How are you?

II. Введення учнів в сюжет уроку і визначення мети і завдань уроку

Teacher: Have a look at the blackboard! Our topic today is seasons. What are we going to talk about?

Можливі відповіді учнів:

- about different seasons,

- weather in different seasons,

- my favourite season.

Учитель підводить учнів до питання, на який вони спробують відповісти до кінця уроку: You are right! And at the end of the lesson we`ll try to answer the question: -Is there any bad season?

III. Мовна зарядка:

1. How many seasons are there in a year? There are 4.

2. What are they? They are winter, spring, summer, autumn.

3. How many months are there in a year? There are 12.

4. How many months are there in a season? There are 3.

5. How many weeks are there in a month? There are 4.

6. How many days are there in a week? There are 7.

7. How many pupils are there in the classroom? There are 9.

IV. Фонетична зарядка:

Thirty days has September,

April, June and November.

All the rest have thirty - one.

And February (with me it`s fine)

Has twenty-eight or twenty-nine.

V. Активізація вивченого лексико-граматичного матеріалу:

1. Закріплення в мові дієслова "to be" в простому минулому часі - робота в парах або по ланцюжку з опорою на слайд:

T: Please ask each other a question and answer it using this model.

Were you born in…? (winter, spring, summer, autumn)

- Yes, I was. - No, I was not. I was born in …

Контрольне питання вчителя:

How many pupils were born in winter (spring, summer, autumn)?

VI. Розвиток навичок аудіювання:

T: You know that weather is different in different countries and their capitals. Listen to the weather forecast and put the right number under the pictures. -

1. It was not cold. It was not windy. It was not rainy. It was sunny and hot in Rome.

2. It was not warm. It was not dry. It was rainy and cold in Glasgow.

3. It was snowy and very cold in Moscow.

4. It was dry and warm in Madrid, but it was windy.

5. It was not cold, it was not hot, but it was cloudy in Paris.

6. It was foggy and cold in London.

IX. Розвиток навичок усного мовлення:

T: Now it`s time to speak about your favourite seasons. You`ve worked much and prepared your group stories about the seasons you like. Don`t forget about your favourite activities in this season. (Учні описують улюблену пору року)

Напр.: We are Ann and Dima. We like summer. Summer is green and bright. It is hot and sunny. The days are long, the nights are short. There are many flowers in the gardens and in the wood. Summer is beautiful! We like poems about summer:

Summer days are so fine!

Often I get up at nine,

Not at seven, when it`s school…

And I run then to the pool!

We like to swim in the pond, run, jump, play with friends and work in the garden.

Контрольне запитання вчителя іншим учням:

What does Ann / Dima like to do in summer? и т. д.

X. Підведення підсумків і відповідь на питання уроку: «Is there any bad season?» 1. T: Our lesson will finish soon. What can you say about seasons of the year? Please take sheets of paper and write down the most important words about the season you like. There are no bad seasons.

2. T: Do you like our English lesson?
