Coober Pedy in South Australia is very hot. Sometimes the temperature there is over 50 degrees Celsius. That’s where Janet lives. You can’t see her house because she lives underground. It’s not so hot there. She has a living room, Сa kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom but no windows, no roof, and the walls are rock!

Hashim lives in Malaysia. His house is above the ground, not on it. It’s got windows but there isn’t any glass in them. Malaysia is a very hot country and Malaysians like the air to blow through their houses.
