Purpose: to study the effect of internal friction and to define the coefficient of internal friction (by falling-ball method).
The order of performing a work:

Define the diameter d of the ball.

Carefully to lower the ball on centre of a vessel, directly before water. Measure the time t of passage of a ball between labels on the vessel.

Measure a distance l between the labels on the vessel and the velocity V of the ball (4 times).

Evaluate the coefficient of internal friction by the formula and calculate <>.
