Abstracts
Abstract structure
Abstracts should be structured as follows:
Research background and its relevance for past and/or future work.
Purpose of the paper.
Methods (is this theoretical or empirical paper; if empirical please indicate data collection and methods of analysis used).
Main contribution of the paper.
Additionally you will be asked to indicate:
The title of the paper.
The authors’ names and institutional address, along with email address.
Please ensure that all authors are listed.
Keywords: minimum 3 and maximum 6.
Whether you submit your paper to the general conference (please see: http://imp2016.com/conference-aims/) or one of the special tracks (please see: http://imp2016.com/special-tracks/). Submitted abstracts may be eventually placed in a different, more appropriate, track than the one to which it was submitted.
Word Limits:
The abstract text body is limited to 500 words.
Titles are limited to 20 words.
Additional guidelines:
Please do not include any tables or figures in the abstracts.
Citation in the abstract of the relevant literature is approved and sometimes even essential, a list of references at the end of the abstract is unnecessary.
Submission of full papers will be invited from a selection of submitted abstracts.
Accomodation
There should be no problem with hotel rooms as the location of the Conference has up to 10 hotels or hostels of different standards within a 1 km radius; there are also a number of apartment houses nearby. We suggest in particular the four following options because of special prices for IMP2016 participants:

Business day
Business Day, organized on 31st of August during the IMP2016 conference in Poznan, is a unique event, which aims at creating a platform for discussion between practitioners and researchers. This event will include presentations of solutions and activities that companies perform when building, developing and terminating business relationships. In addition to presentations of Polish leading brands case studies Business Day will also include a panel discussion on the challenges faced by companies due to the change and transformation.
Business Day gives a chance to meet Top Management of the most successful Polish companies and learn about the process of their past and future transformation.
The whole meeting will be conducted in English.
Maximum number of Participants: 50.
Fee: 50 EUR.
Further details Concerning Business Day will be available soon. The registration process will start in April.

I’ve been privileged to declare the conference open. On behalf of the Organizing Committee and in my own name I welcome the guests and the participants of the conference. I believe at this assembly you will be provided with an ample opportunity to exchange opinions and discuss scientific and organizational issues of mutual interest.
My pleasant duty as a Chairman is to introduce to you our honorable guest Professor Flowers from Kingston University, England.
