If an abstract is accepted for the conference, in preparing your paper, please pay attention to the following guidelines:
Page 1: paper title, author(s) name and its (their) affiliation – apart from the blind version for reviewers, abstract, keywords, competitive or work in progress paper.
Please remember to add information about source of funding in Acknowledgements, but please do not add this note to the first version of your paper due to blind review process.
In the version for blind review please do not put any information that can identify you such as author name, your affiliation or source of funding.
Manuscripts should be formatted for A4-sized paper.
Set the page margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) all the way around.
For the body text use “Times New Roman” font size 12, single line spacing.
Do not number the headings (capitals, Times New Roman, 12 pt, centered) and the subheadings (small caps, Times New Roman, 12 pt, centered).
Citing literature in the text and in the bibliography at the end of the manuscript: use the version of Harvard Citation Style which is used by The IMP Journal (to learn more follow the link to the IMP Journal). When citing in the text, the following style should be included: author’s surname, year of publication, page number, for example: (Waluszewski, 2015, p. 15). Each citation in the text should have a corresponding bibliography entry at the end of the manuscript. The bibliography should not include works that are not cited in the manuscript.
The bibliography should be listed at the end of the manuscript.
The bibliography list should be in alphabetical order of (the first) authors’ surnames. Entries by the same author should be in chronological order.
Please avoid endnotes or notes.
All tables and figures should have titles, sources and consecutive numbers.
Full papers should be indicatively 20 pages for competitive papers and 10 pages for Work-in-Progress papers. Bibliographies and appendices are not included in the page limits.
