CF5061GXJYNKR dispenser consists mainly of chassis, pipeline system, pneumatic control system, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc. This type of dispenser allows large flow of aviation fuel to enter the aircraft fuel tank safely and quickly. It filters oil impurities, from the fuel, and accurately measure the amount of fuel.

The main characteristic of this dispenser is its total height is not exceeding 2 meters, which allows it process any size of the aircrafts without limitations. The product can at maximum speed perform small, medium and large sized aircraft underwing refueling using its two platform hose or a single reel hose.

Refueling - the fuel from the borehole passes the filters and metering, using hose reel or platform and goes into the aircraft fuel tank;

Recovery tank – during the refueling process, the fuel from the recovery tank will pass the filters and will be go to aircraft fuel tank, while the recovery tank will be emptied.

The values of main parameters and technical specification of CF5061GXJYNKR dispenser are given in the Table 1.2.

The third prototype of hydrant dispenser, is the vehicle of model 120 m3/h hydrant dispenser (Fig.1.3). Its functions and specification are also considered.

So, the performances of the hydrant dispenser of 120 m3/h capacity are:

Fuelling performances: 2000 l/min (500 gpm) through the deck hose. 1000 l/min (250 gpm) through the 2’’ long hose EN1361-C HD type (U/W nozzle).

Filtration: one filter in total compliance with API/IP norm.

Mesuring system: one meter with adapted lighting for night operations : refuelling operations.

Regulation: primary regulation consists in hose end pressure control valve (HEPCV). Secondary one consists in line pressure control valve mounted on hydrant coupling.

The next prototype of hydrant dispenser, is the vehicle of model 120 HD01 - capacity of up to 4000 l / min (Fig.1.4). Its functions and specification are also considered.

Purpose: designed to perform refueling operations in the terminal area.

The fuel system includes:

  • tip CARTER mod.60700 - 1GNW;

  • flexible Hose HD 100C 4-inch diameter, 10 meters long, in accordance with EN 1361 with: sleeve trolleys Nuova Manaro into 8 pieces;

  • ball valve 4-inch of light alloy;

  • 4-inch hinge Nuova Manaro production of stainless steel;

  • air pressure gauge inlet pressure;

  • basket filter Nuova Manaro, made ​​of stainless steel.

The filter-separator is designed to supply up to 4,000 l / min corresponds to the last edition of the specifications API / IP 1583 is equipped with:

  • automatic air valve type ARMSTRONG 11AV;

  • electronic head, reading engine capacity

  • safety valve WL2798-s (10 bar setting);

  • control valve differential pressure. device GAMMON GTP534 PB-30A with a graduated scale 0-30psi;

  • drainage pipes with a thermostatic valve with a spring-loaded closure and caps.

Counter SATAM type ZC17-50 (or equivalent) with a capacity of 4000 l / min consists of:

  • electronic head, reading engine capacity;

  • system dump of indications of the mechanical counter;

  • continuous adder (with no way of reading);

  • an indicator of the instantaneous flow rate;

  • an additional head on the platform.

Lifting refueling platform manufactured Nuova Manaro certified in the EU, is designed to work 2 people (maximum load of 250 kg), the maximum height of 4.5 m above the ground platform is equipped with the following equipment:

  • additional head count, showing pumped displacement;

  • engine emergency stop button;

  • warning lamp green device Dedman;

  • working lamp;

  • obstacle detection sensor;

  • control device lifting and lowering the platform;

  • the emergency lowering control platform.

The control panel is mounted on the refueling module, and includes:
