1. partial or complete non-fulfillment of their liabilities

IV

1. The Parties are released from responsibility from partial or complete non-fulfillment of their liabilities under the present Contract, if this non-fulfillment was caused by the circumstances of Force Majeure.

2. The time of fulfillment of the Contract obligations is extended

3. The Party, for which it became impossible to meet obligations under the Contract, is to notify in written form the other Party.

4. The notification not made within 15 days deprive the corresponding Party right to refer to such circumstances in future.

5. If these circumstances last longer than six months, then each Party have the right to cancel the contract partial or completely.

6. Neither Party shall have the right to demand any compensation of eventual losses from the other Party.

7. The Sellers undertake to reimburse the Buyers for all advanced amounts paid under the present Contract.
