1. The equipment specified in Clause 1 of the Contract will be delivered within the following dates.

2. The shipment of incomplete sets of equipment under Trans Nos is not permitted.

3. By the delivery dates stipulated in the Contract the equipment is to be manufactured, tested, packed and delivered.

4. The date of delivery is considered to be the date of the clean-on board Bill of Landing issued in the name of the Buyers' consignee.

5. The date of delivery is considered the date-stamped on the Railway Bill of the frontier station

6. On receipt of the said notification the Buyers are to advise the Sellers of the port of shipment, the name of the vessel.

7. The Sellers undertake to secure a safe storage of the equipment within 20 days from the time fixed for the arrival of the vessel for their own account.

8. Upon expiration of the abovementioned 20 days, the equipment is to be stored for Buyers' account.

9. The Sellers will pay to the Buyers penalty at the rate of 0,1 % of the value of the shipped equipment for nonnotification or late notification of the effected despatch of the equipment.

10. 2 copies board Bill of Landing are to be sent to the Buyers by Master's Bag.
