5. Translate into English:
У двадцять першому столітті ми живемо у вік техніки, наукових досягнень, відкриття нових джерел енергії та нових матеріалів, і тому так важко повірити,що колись структури людини захищали від негоди, від диких звірів, або від нападів інших людей.
Основні вимоги до будівництва та планування проектів дуже змінилися, адже тепер стіни більше не підтримують структури і можуть бути зроблені з будь-якого виду матеріалу, а дахи можуть бути плоскими.
Всі структурні компоненти, повинні бути сконструйовані таким чином, щоб відхилення не перевищували допустимих значень, а сама будівля відрізнялася міцністю та стійкістю.
Сама структура не повинна легко спалахувати і її орієнтація повинна бути такою, щоб поширення вогню відбувається повільно. Проте, не слід забувати і про теплоізоляцію, що ізолює внутрішню частину будинку від спеки.
Зручності та комфорт – це одна з основних вимог власника при виборі житлової площію. Різні блоки в будівлі повинні бути належним чином згруповані з урахуванням комфорту та зручності користувача.
