CANCER OF KIDNEYS, URETERS, URINARY BLADDER, DIAGNOSTICS, CLINIC, TREATMENT

1. Theme Topicality:

Statistics states that every five years in Ukraine and in region there can be observed the increase of malignant tumor cases of urine system. Each year the number of patients is increasing. Usually they appeal for medical help having the stage of local tumor process extension. The way out of such a situation is the implementation of screening programs to the state practice, that should include obligatory clinical minimum of examinations (general blood test, general urine analysis, ultrasonic diagnostics) for all people at the age of 45 and older directed to the early diagnostics and treatment of urinary organs cancer and genital system cancer.

2. The goal of the lesson:

A student should understand the importance to study peculiarities of diagnostics, treatment and preventive measures of re-tumor and tumor urinary organs and genital system diseases.

During rectal examination there has been detected a tuberous nod in the left lobe of prostate. The prostate gland is painless.
