Reasons of malabsorption can be such enterocytic disorders
decreasing of area of absorption (condition after resection of intestines, atrophy of fibres and microfibres;
inherited and acquired disorders of formation of proteins, which transport the monosaccharide (intolerance to glucose, galactose, fructose), aminoacids (triptofan malabsorption), ions of calcium (hypovitaminosis D);
deficit of energy (for absorption of most substances we need energy);
disorders of functioning of ion pumps of enterocytes (transport of monosachrides is relative to work of Na-K pump);
disorder of formation of transport complexes in enterocytes (hilomicrones, lypoproteins)

Reasons of malabsorption can be such postenterocytic disorders:
disorders of blood circulation in the wall of intestines. It can be caused by disorders of general hemodynamics in the system of vena porta and local disorders (ischemia, venous hyperaemia, thrombosis, embolism, reactions of vessels in case of inflammation)
disorders of lymph circulation. Except general disorders of lymph circulation it can be caused by disorders of contraction of fibres of intestinal walls. Such contraction at norm is provided by local reflexes with submucous nervous plexion (Mensler’s plexion) and villikinine, which is formed at mucous membrane of small intestines.
