21. Describe your household duties.

I want to tell you about my household duties. Now I study at the university. Cause I live far from the Moscow I have to live in the hostel. But when I lived home and studied at school I had my own household duties. Every day I did my room and my bed, washed up dishes, dusted the furniture. I disliked it. But I liked to go the baker's after I had dinner. I buy some bread, biscuits and cakes there. The shop wasn’t far from our house and it didn't take me long to do everyday shopping. Once a week I helped my mother to do all other work about the house. We washed our linen, iron and mended it, cleaned the flat. We beat the dust out of the carpets, vacuum the floors and polish them. It wasn’t difficult to kept the flat tidy if you did your rooms regularly. All these were my usual round of duties. But sometimes I had some other things to did. When my mother was ill or went from home, I did the cooking and the washing up, the buying of food and the planning of meals. I wasn’t a good cook, but my vegetable soup was always tasty. I think that if I become rich or not I’ll not do my household duties - all will do my wife. But maybe I should do my bed myself.

22. Describe what changes you think will happen in the future

We live in the 21^st century. There are a lot new innovations at all spheres of our life. But our life always changes. Let’s talk about it. I think that there are many changes will be in the future. Cause we have some problems with ecology our climate will change. I mean that the ozone hole will be raise and the Greenhouse effect become more serious problem. If now in Russia we have long winters that became colder and short springs afer that we have the summer what will in the future? One point that we’ll have more polluted areas. I think that all changes will go only at worst. There I don’t think that our life expectancy will justify hopes. But maybe we’ll have not bad results at science – it’s useful . That’s why people will try to discover smth new at different sciences. I hope that biologists will create medicine from cancer or ACID. I hope that the scientists can find how to make more food for the growth population. I think that engineers can create the source of energy without great investments. I think that we can see the tendency of all that I said. Cause all this problems have fast development and we need to do something.

23. Describe an illness you have had

Nobody likes to fall ill. It’s so disgusting to take a lot of medicines, to lay all day long in the bed and to feel bad. People fall ill for a number of reasons: someone has weak immunity, another one contacts sick people, etc. Diseases are different and so are their symptoms. It want to tell you about my illness. I had chicken-pox and it was awful. It was happened when I was at my winter holidays and prepared to my future exams. I was ill for two weeks. I think that chicken-pox one of the most horrible illnesses because I had red spots at every part of my body. Also I had very high temperature and my body itched all time. This is the kids’ illness and then you older then worst you feel yourself. I was at home because I was afraid to infect somebody. This illness hasn’t got special treatment. I just painted my rash by blakstonia. In conclusion I want to say that illnesses are one of the worst that can happened in our life.
