4. What is necessary to make a successful career?

I’d like to start by talking about successful career. I think that for getting a successful career the qualification is very important. If you want to get a good job and become very important person in famous company you should study. It’s very hard to get high-paid job if you finished only college. For getting prestigious work you need to graduate the academy. Maybe you don’t learn all subjects good but you’ll get the diploma. After that you can find job and at your free time you should get the second education or just visit special courses for raising your qualification. And of course you must work hardly. You can take your work at home, you can forget about weekends and only after that you can be successful. Of course it’s really hard but success guarantees wealth, freedom and all that flow out from it. It will be interesting to think about pros and cons of a successful career. As about pros – it is wealth – you can buy cars, flats, houses, you can travel around the world; freedom –you are independent in different ways; you make smth that makes you life. And as about cons – you haven’t got enough time to everything and everybody, you sleep a little, everyday stress, of course tiredness, maybe you haven’t got a family cause “cause you live on the job”. For somebody a successful career is a happiness as the meaning of all life but for somebody it’s a salary.

5. Compare right-handed, left-handed and ambidextrous people

I want to speak about right-handed, left-handed and ambidextrous people. I think that it is better to be ambidextrous cause if smth happen with one of your hand you can use another without any trouble. Also I think that left-handed don’t feel comfortable themselves at the everyday life. If you are a left-handed person you can have some problem. I mean that all house equipment as fridge, microwave and etc usually oriented on right-handed people and as you understand it uncomfortable. It’s impossible to cut with scissors by left hand. Some details of clothes are also oriented on the “right-handed”, for example, zippers or inside pockets. And it’s difficult to write with left hand because we do this from left to the write. But on the other hand, sometimes it’s good to be “left-handed’. For example, it’s more comfortable to open the washing machine with left hand. It’s very advantageous to be “left-handed” in some kinds of sports, for example, in boxing or in baseball. Should left-handed people be trained to write with their right hand? I think, no. I know that after such trainers people had problems as stuttering for example. And as for me, I would like to be an “ambidextrous”. Ambidextrous people have the main advantage that if smth happen with one of their hands they can use another without any trouble. Also It’s comfortable, for example, if you need to write a lot: when right hand is tired, you can write with left one.

6. Describe a job you or your friend applied for

I want to tell you about the job I applied for. This happened when I was at summer holidays. I decided to work as a messenger for 2 months. I learnt about this job from the Internet. I hoped to earn some money to buy what I liked. All I needed to get this job were carefulness and politeness and not-bad knowledge Moscow layout so I didn’t have any problem with it. The first crucial step to get a job was actually talking to my familiar who had an experience already. He told me about different details of this job and I became more sure of myself. I prepared for the future interview. I’ve read on different sites about typical questions and write some answers for myself. I was assigned an interview with a manager of the company, during which I passed through a short test on required knowledge and my character. That wasn’t something difficult but I should keep myself. I was asked my ideas about my future job and my knowledge about it. My responsibilities were delivering documents to different companies. I got envelopes and a log book where people must be written for getting document. Work began at 10 o’clock and finished when I gave all documents. As a hole, job got boring but didn’t cause inconvenience. I think that it was successful and I didn’t only earn money I got useful experience.
