When you see a job advert (объявление о вакансии) in the newspaper you might have questions you would like to ask to the employer. In order to do that you should write the letter of inquiry. Below you will see the questions that will help you to plan a letter of this type as well as the set phrases that are used in it.

A letter of inquiry (enquiry) is written to inquire (to enquire) about an issue from a higher authority. The letter is drafted to get some more information which is not available on a website, brochures or some other kind of literature.
