Nightmare journey
For Jonathan Chealsey his worst traveling experience was several years ________ (1) driving from Birmingham to London in an awful ________ (2). Luckiest Man Alive

About 80 years ago, a Dutch ship was sailing near the North Pole; it was ________ (1) for Blacklead Island. A British family had to eat seaweed to stay alive as their boat was drifting ____________ (1) for three days on stormy seas.

Last night the whole village witnessed a horrific plane crash. The wreckage fire was so strong as that it was fought by the fire brigade while surviving passengers were been rescued by ambulance men. All the survivors were taken to the hospital in seven ambulances that had appeared on the place of the accident. It is not known what it caused the plane to crash. Many survivors have already been interviewed by its newspaper and TV reporters. The Civil Aviation Authority has already been launched a full investigation. It is said that a bomb may have been put up on board the aircraft. The vital information is hoped to be provided by with the aircraft's "black box", but it hasn't been found yet. The search is being continued. |
