Let me introduce myself. My name is … I am a hotel manager. I’ll try to give you the information about the hotel dining facilities, their location, working hours, etc. All modern hotels offer food and beverage service. In some hotels facilities are available only for a continental breakfast – that is a light meal of bread or rolls and coffee. Others have a small coffee shop or a restaurant. Many other hotels have complete service and also offer room service for guests who want food and beverages served to them in their rooms. Large hotels, including the top category hotels usually offer a variety of restaurants and bars for their guests. The restaurants have different prices and different menus. We wish you to enjoy your time in our hotels.

Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, has the population of nearly 3 million inhabitants.
Kyiv is one of the great ancient European cities, rich with historic monuments of art and architecture. It is a political, scientific, cultural, sports and industrial center of modern Ukraine.
This city has a long history. Kyiv is famous for its state Kyivo-Pecherskiy Historical-Cultural Preserve which is called Pecherskaya Lavra and also the St. Sofia’s Cathedral which was built in the 11th century. Many invaders robbed the city and almost destroyed it, but the people of Kyiv rebuilt their city. It has many hotels, cafes and restaurants with Ukrainian, European, American and Eastern cuisine to accommodate tourists and business persons. Modern stadiums, tennis courts, swimming pools and gyms are available. I hope you will have a pleasant stay in our city. We hope that you will enjoy architecture monuments in Kyiv.

Let me introduce myself. My name is … I am a hotel manager. If our client is not satisfied with the service he got, I will try to solve the problem. First of all you should listen carefully and be polite. Then you should establish whether the complaint is justified. If you are quite sure, the client is at fault; your reply should politely point out what the facts are. If the client is right, you should solve this problem as quickly as possible by offering the client another kind of services, replacing damaged goods, or refunding the customer’s money.
