Exercise 15. Read the following statements and say what is wrong with them

1. The window in my room faces east. Looking through the window I see the sun set.

2. There is no running water in our flat. I go to the bathroom, turn on the water tap and wash my hands and face.

3. There is an electric cooker in our kitchen. I always use matches to turn it on if I want to cook tea or coffee.

4. We’ve got a new vacuum-cleaner in the flat. If I want to wash my clothes I can use it.

5. That house seems to be lived in. There are no curtains on the windows and I’ve never seen anyone go in or out.

6. It is a very beautiful round bedside table. When my friends come to see me I put a tray with cups of coffee for them on it.
