Методика роботи
1. Обладнання для збирання водних безхребетних:
Сачок для роботи у прісних водоймах (для роботи з планктоном):
Складається із металевого кільця (діаметром~30-35 см.), мішка( глибина=45-55см.) і ручки у вигляді, прив’язаної до кільця у трьох місцях. Мішок повинен бути у вигляді конуса, зрізаного у завуженій частині. До зрізаної частини конуса прикріплюється посудина з кришечкою. Мішок має бути виготовлений з тканини, яка добре пропускає воду і, водночас, є щільною.
Сачок для дослідження бентосних організмів:
Складається з ручки, металевого кільця, яке зрізане по лінії, що лежить у площині, перпендикулярній до ручки та мішка, який має заокруглене дно.
2. Обладнання для роботи з наземними безхребетними:
Пінцет, збільшувані прилади (лупа), морилка (скляна банка, наповнена складчастими смужками паперу, зверху на який є шматок вати, що служить для зарядження морилки ацетоном, хлороформом, ефіром тощо), матрацик, виготовлений з цупкого паперу і смужки вати, польовий щоденник, ентомологічний сачок (складається з ручки, прикріпленого до неї металевого кільця (діаметром-25 см.) та мішка (глибина =70-75 см.) з марлі із заокругленим дном). З сачком працюємо методом „ косіння”.
