Preparation of the unit to work.

Prior to the start of operation of the unit operator shall ensure that all mechanisms and devices of the unit are in good condition, adjusted and lubricated, and minor faults reflected in the shift log prior to shift have been eliminated.

Manometer arrows are in the zero position in the absence of pressure in the routes.

If there is pressure in the routes manometer arrows should show pressure:

  • in the routes of fuel system - 1.5 - 5.5 kg/cm2;

  • in the routes of the coolant - 5 - 8 kg/cm2.

Lubricators of the unit heat system filled with the necessary quantity of oil and condensate in the pneumatic system and the coolant is removed.
