3 A). Language intuition. Where do you need language intuition? Do you think you have it?

Look at the following ‘buzz words’ that are making their way into English dictionaries. Can you guess what they mean? What helps you to understand the meaning?

Complete the following sentences with these words.

4 a). Language quiz. While learning a language one needs to know some language terms. Do you know what the following terms mean?

Match the terms with their definitions:
