3. Role Play.
Assuming
after Miranda was paroled, there would have been a documentary filmed
about his case. Make your contribution to the documentary, telling
your side of the story on behalf of the one who participated in it.
Roles:

interrogated him, a prosecution attorney at the initial trial, the
judge at the initial trial, an attorney appealing to the Supreme
