Miranda warning has been hotly debated after it was first implemented due to its controversial nature. List all possible parties that could have taken part in this debate and give their reasons. Fill in the table. Then express your opinion on the legitimacy of the issue.

Assuming after Miranda was paroled, there would have been a documentary filmed about his case. Make your contribution to the documentary, telling your side of the story on behalf of the one who participated in it.

Roles: Ernesto Miranda, a policeman who arrested him, a policeman who interrogated him, a prosecution attorney at the initial trial, the judge at the initial trial, an attorney appealing to the Supreme Court, a Supreme Court judge, the judge at the second trial, the police sheriff.
