NOTE!

Too имеет отрицательное значение. Показывает, что чего-то более, чем достаточно, нужно или хотелось бы. Употребляется в следующих конструкциях:

a) too + adjective adverb + to –infinitive: It is too cold to go swimming.

b) too ... for somebody/something: This coffee is too sweet for me.

c) too ... for somebody something + to –infinitive: This house is too small for us to live in.

Enough имеет положительное значение. Показывает, что чего-то ровно столько же, сколько необходимо или хотелось бы. Употребляется в следующих конструкциях:

a) adjective/adverb + enough + to –infinitive: She is old enough to go out on her own.

HO: not + adjective/adverb + enough + to -Infinitive (отрицательное значение) He did not run fast enough to win the race.

b) enough + noun + to –Infinitive: We’ve got enough room to put you up.
