Число предположений о культурном процессе, обладающих

высокой степенью достоверности, все еще очень невелико. Но

по мере того, как культурные явления все больше изучают “с

точки зрения обнаружения в них регулярности”, объем

законов, управляющих этим процессом, будет неуклонно

возрастать. И по мере того, как это будет происходить, наука о культуре постепенно займет, наконец, достойное ее положение как развитая и уважаемая научная дисциплина.
