An own house in Paris

My name is Annabelle and I am from Paris. My family and I live in a nice _______________ in Paris – not far away from the Eiffel tower. We live in a little _________________________ there which is located in one of the many side streets there. That’s very special, because in Paris most people live in blocks of flats. But we have a tiny house in the middle of the city. It has three floors – but it’s very narrow. The hall is the first room you see when you enter our house. It’s not too big, but I think it’s got a good _______________ . Right next to the hall there is the kitchen where we all have breakfast and dinner together. Right in the middle of the room there is our big _________________________ which is even big enough for up to 12 guests. So it’s just perfect for the four of us – my parents, my sister Jeanne and me. On the same floor we’ve got a toilet and a small utility room, too.

On the first floor there is our huge living room. It has everything a comfortable living room needs: two big sofas, a good stereo with big speakers, a big LCD TV and many books. We all love reading a lot, so we have many books that are in four _________________________ all together. In front of the bookshelves there are two armchairs, where you can relax and read a good book on a _________________________. Especially my mom and Jeanne enjoy reading there a lot. Next to the living room there is the master bedroom where my parents sleep. It’s not too big: there is just their double bed and a _______________ for their clothes.

On the second floor you find my sister’s room and mine. Between our rooms there is a big bathroom which all ________________ use. My room is a bit smaller than my sister’s but that’s fine because I think that the furniture in my room is much better. Next to the door there is my own bookshelf. There are two windows in my room and between the two windows I’ve got my _______________ . On it there is a computer where I _______________ for school or surf the Net. Next to the computer you always find a _______________ with some fresh flowers, because I just love flowers a lot. There’s also a small, _________________________ sofa in one corner with many pink _______________ on it. Next to the sofa there’s a little table. There’s a wonderful yellow lamp on it. I think lamps and lights in general are very important in a room. I don’t have my own TV and if I want to watch a _________________________ I have to go into my sister’s room or go _______________ . Sometimes I hate that because I can’t just watch what I want to, but usually it’s more fun to watch something together with the rest of the family.

All in all I really love my room and our little house, because I don’t know anyone who has his own house five _______________ away from the Eiffel tower.
