Вот уже и июль скоро. Пробил час студенческих каникул. Но не всем улыбнулось счастье стать студентом. Ведь поступить в хороший российский вуз ещё во времена Михайлы Васильевича Ломоносова было тяжело, да и в случае стопроцентного везения студента «из простых» ожидало полуголодное существование.
С тех пор изменилось очень многое. И — ничего. Пройти по конкурсу все так же трудно; прожить на одну стипендию по-прежнему невозможно
Зато появилась возможность устроить своего ребенка в престижный столичный вуз практически без экзаменов или еще круче — отправить его «грызть гранит науки» в Йель или, скажем, в Сорбонну.
Раньше для этого были необходимы связи. Теперь — деньги. Так, например, чтобы обучаться на менеджера с банковским уклоном в Государственной Академии управления имени Орджоникидзе, достаточно выложить 9000 долларов - и вам помогут сдать специальные экзамены в специальной группе. В МГИМО придется платить 3000 долларов в год: и тоже можете накануне вступительных спать спокойно - фирма гарантирует.
Ну и так далее. Список платных вузов будет расширен и продолжен. Вам это не подходит? Очень «страшные» суммы? Не спешите ставить на себе крест. Во-первых, вузы, в которые можно поступить и не такой дорогой ценой, есть. И во-вторых, возможны варианты.
Вот, например, один из них – обратиться в негосударственный пенсионный фонд «Доброе дело».
Недавно здесь приступили к реализации новой, социальной программы «Ваше образование», включили генеральное соглашение с Государственным комитетом по высшему образованию России. Сотрудники фонда «Доброе дело» помогут постепенно собрать нужную сумму для того, чтобы ваш ребенок без проблем поступил туда, куда хочет, и, что бы с вами ни случилось, не бедствовал в годы студенчества. Минимальный срок «накопления» — три года, можно при необходимости снять деньги и раньше, что, правда, будет не очень выгодно.
Стать участником фонда могут в сами абитуриенты, которым этим летом скажут: «Приходите в следующем году!» Не отчаивайтесь — у вас будет шанс через год-другой поступить наверняка!
А в принципе вступить в фонд «Доброе дело» — с помощью родителей, разумеется, могут старшие и младшие школьники и даже грудные младенцы. Тут тот же принцип, что и на экзамене — чем раньше вы начнете готовиться, тем легче вам будет стать студентом.
