Prior any Cargo Operation, All Watch keeping Officers should be thoroughly aware of:

12 – Tank Pressure & level monitoring
13 – Cargo equipment monitoring during discharge ops

*Verbal communication between the ship and the shore must always be adequate for emergency abort of Ops.
