Complaint from an angry customer

There are two main functions that package perform.

1. Save the product from damages

   1. protect product from damages during transporting from producer to dealer or from dealer to customer

2. Attract the customers

Therefore the quality and design of a package is very important in a consumer choice, and nice-looking and handly package increase the satisfaction customers from good; Criteria: sales appeal, handly, good protection of the product in usual using, secondary using of the package (by customer or by reprocessing). Ex.: milk package. On the milk package producer can place any drawing that will make product more sales appeal, it is handly because it is not heavy, steady and ergonomic; protect from decay for a long time; also customers can use it, growing plants, and reprocessing factories have no problems with working up this material without ecological loss.

      2. separable from the product during its consumption. In this case package hasn’t a great meaning, because customer choose the goods without looking the package and throw it out after buying the goods. Criteria: protect product from damages during transporting and handly for transportation by hands. For ex.: TV set it’s box has protection from blows while transporting and has a holes for hand carrying.
