Improving methods of training

Training of the employee is a process of forming a certain professional qualities to increase efficiency of working or instead of redundancy.

It is necessary to spend money on good training schemes because in general:

1. It is more effective to increase the skills of employees, who worked in the firm for a time (they know the firm and can do his work better than new worker);

2. It will be necessary to train workers if we buy new machines because the new equipment cost a lot of money and if worker make a fault it probably will cost a lot of money to the firm;

As for training the managers, they are the most important personnel in the company (because any their insignificant mistake could finally cause a cope of problems to the company) and therefore it is extremely important to train a perfect managerial skills.

The best to do it is using computer models of real firm, which simulate the main aspects of business activity.
