Anna Hermann: If this association is real Yulia Tymoshenko in general will benefit from it. Because it will be easier for her to fight (to struggle) for the early election (pre-term election). She dreams of/about coming to the power by the results of these election. She wants to show to the electorate which now believes her less, that she - (just) look: she is ready for the association. Actually she isn't ready for such (an) association, she is ready for the accession of someone to her party and for (taking them under her heel). She is ready for it, she (and) is really able to do it. Owing to the character, she is incapable of being on (the) parity, (of) treating of (the) partner as an equal one but it is favorable (beneficial) for her to show now to the electorate that - she (has) incorporated (with) that she doesn't oppose herself that she will not vote with the parliamentary majority any more, but she will (be) do it as soon as it is (would be, will be) favorable for her. In general, she behaves correctly, emphasizing that there are no eternal friends and eternal enemies in politics, and there are eternal interests, forgive me (for) this banality (platitude). It is favorable for The "Our Ukraine" Party as well, as they can show to the electorate - (just) look: we are capable of (making the) association, but all this association, and people understand all this more and more, this association is only (just) contra as I spoke (as I (have already) said). The only thing they can do by both the association, and the dissociation (the separation) are (the) destructive actions - and never (the) construct.

Ekaterina Nesterenko, leader: But let's imagine a situation: the analysts (point out to) that Yulia Tymoshenko (who) tries to weaken the President's positions, thus to weaken the positions of The "Our Ukraine" Party as such, in order to keep it, so to say, under control, closer to her(self). But in case of re-elections, (But) will they be able to take place (to pass the elections, to undergo) all together, to gain a worthy percent, in case of re-elections, and to get to the parliament in that (which) staff what (which) Yulia Tymoshenko wants?

Anna Hermann: You know if the President was convinced that re-elections will change the political map, or, so to say, a political picture in Ukraine, he would find any occasions long ago. You know if very much you want, - you will find drives. And, if not really there is a wish, everything look for their, look for, and all of them aren't. It would find occasions to declare dissolution of parliament. But the President of it doesn't want because the president perfectly understands, eventually, it is shown by sociology, - that, first will change nothing, secondly can change only in the worst party for the right flank as we saw the last sociological researches - they show that if presidential elections took place in February, Yanukovych would win. If there are early parliamentary elections, the Party of Regions will win. It not my words, is conclusions of independent sociologists. And therefore no early elections will exist.

Ekaterina Nesterenko, leader: You say that elections won't be, but at the same time on Friday in parliament were going to introduce the bill of Party of Regions of carrying out early parliamentary and presidential elections in September.

Anna Hermann: This bill is really introduced, it is introduced by our colleague Kiselyov. This its personal, its initiative. Each deputy has the right on such a legislative initiative. It wasn't discussed neither with the leader of our party, nor with the anti-recessionary coalition, but this initiative has the right for life as if it is about calling in question political reform, obviously, it would be necessary to call in question and last presidential elections. So - time. The second: if really it is that is necessary that the people once again confirmed whom it wants to see in power, obviously, it is necessary to speak about all power. Well and the third: this bill obviously is intended to show to society that in fact we are ready to such elections. Yes, I will tell you frankly, they aren't necessary to us because they aren't necessary to Ukraine. Because it is excess means are given out, well are simply wasted, excess efforts, again opposition. ... We started working well. The government for the first quarter, according to the analysis of economic growth, growth of economy, growth of industrial production, other macroeconomic indicators, I could already raise salaries and pensions. Look: since April first teachers and doctors and other representatives of the intellectuals get paid 200 hryvnias more, than they received still. Salaries and pensions of all people in Ukraine will considerably improve, will be raised. All this occurred by results of work of the government for the first quarter. And, if there is a rest and stability, these positive tendencies will improve still, and the more they will improve, the less will be in opposition of chances to come to the power. And Yulia Tymoshenko very well understands it. She should hold quickly urgent elections that people don't know yet this ruling coalition is how favorable to them and how well this government works. While people on noise waves about tariffs which were raised by Yulia Vladimirovna, still can give in on such provocations, before still there is a chance of opposition to draw some certain interest on elections, which it... well, can not such what she wants but which more - less it satisfied. In the fall it will be already much more difficult to be made.

Ekaterina Nesterenko, leader: You consider that Arseniy Yatsenyuk's statement what salary increase is only increase in an external debt, is that song which is sung by Yulia Tymoshenko?

Anna Hermann: You know, you remember that they spoke somewhere in two weeks before, than pensions and salaries were raised. They shouted: "Why the government doesn't raise pension? Why the government doesn't keep the word pledged to the President? "The government, having analysed results of work, all as it planned, raised pensions rather, than the President and in big sizes asked about it, than the president asked, and than assumed the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada... - and it is bad …!
