Perfect.
В англійській мові є два стани: активний і пасивний. Коли підмет є особою чи предметом, що виконує дію, дієслово вживається у формі активного стану:
I asked him. – Я запитав його.
Коли підмет є особою чи предметом, що підлягає дії збоку особи чи предмета, дієслово вживається у формі пасивного стану:
I was asked. – Мене запитали.
Як утворюється? Пасивний стан утворюється за допомогою дієслова to be у відповідному часі, особі, числі та дієприкметника
